Personal Coaching
Focused, private sessions built entirely around your game. Stance, grip, throw, scoring and the mental side, worked on one thing at a time.
Best for: improving fastThis is what sets the House apart. We are Wiltshire's first dedicated darts coaching school, and every session is led by PDPA-certified coaches. Whether you have never picked up a dart or you are chasing a tighter average, there is a session for you.
Every session runs on a full match set-up with a proper oche, so what you practise here is what you take to the board on league night.
Focused, private sessions built entirely around your game. Stance, grip, throw, scoring and the mental side, worked on one thing at a time.
Best for: improving fastTrain with friends or fellow players in small, friendly groups. Drills, games and coaching feedback, without anyone feeling put on the spot.
Best for: friends & teamsA welcoming introduction to darts over a short course. The basics, the rules and enough confidence to step up to any board in the country.
Best for: total newcomersTwenty minutes with a coach, including throw analysis, for £10. The cheapest way to find out whether coaching is for you.
Best for: trying it outNo two players throw the same, so no two sessions look the same. A coach will watch you throw, work out what is actually costing you points, and give you something to take away and practise.
Our Scolia boards score automatically, so your averages and checkout percentages are there in black and white rather than guessed at.
Where your weight sits, and how still you stay through the throw.
How you hold the dart, and the point at which you let it go.
Getting three darts into the same place, over and over.
Knowing your outs, and setting yourself up to hit them.
Staying composed on a big double, and getting your head back after a bad leg. Often the difference between practice form and match form.
Never thrown before. Our coaches are used to it, and nobody is watching.
Playing every week and wanting to shift your average rather than plateau.
Boards set to the right height, so young players throw properly from the start.
Played years ago and fancy picking it up again with a bit of guidance.
From our coaching sessions
The staff were really friendly, giving me advice on how to stand and to throw. It had a relaxed atmosphere and it was nice to see how other people were doing.
Will and Hannah on hand to provide some tips and coaching to my son who hadn't played darts before… Family friendly and lots of fun, we will defo be going back.
Thanks Will, for a fantastic coaching session. It's now official, I can indeed throw my arrows with an element of uniformity. 5 was always my favourite number.
